But, my fav medium is always been the Phoenix Hawk, and pgi managed to screwed it up completely.
Fool me once, shame on you...but you cannot fool me twice.
I'll buy this, only after seeing how tall is, its quirks, etc.
If I'll sense it will be crap like the Phoenix, I'll buy it for c-bills.

Not so sure - having just got/levelled the jenners, huntsman and griffins I'm struggling to get excited over more of what is bound to moistly be srm/ml etc builds.

IS - also, it actually says at the top whether it's IS or Clan, which is something I've managed to miss for quite a while.
On the title banner of the mech page, just under the name of the mech will say either IS collection of Clan collection

Scout mode? Seriously?!

This thing will get murdered in less than a second against Streak-Crows and Streak-Man's. You guys are in for a shock if you're going to use this for the scout mode. I used this `Mech in MW2, and even then, it sucked. Hell, even four medium lasers couldn't improve its performance. I have to say, you're expecting way too much from this `Mech.

As for myself, I'll buy it, but I won't probably use it as much as the Vindicator. . . . which I might add I rarely use at all. Between the two. The Vindicator has some saving qualities. As for the scout mode, I have to say, this `Mech is a poor choice for that mode.

Sweet, now if only you early adopters award had enough incentive to actually blow $20+ before christmas... Clanner heavy pilots get a whole extra friggin' mech for EA:MarauderIIC... IS light/med pilots get... Dekkles, not even modules, dekkles...

That said, OH MAN will I pick this up! It looks like what the PXH should have been (functional, quick med with JJ's)! Lots of interesting build options already rattling away in my head. I just have no need to get it locked in right away.

Sadly I preordered that.
Being in love with pxh in TT costed my liver: crap geometry, crap volumetric scale, crap non-sense quirks, crap double barrel.
From that mech I learned to wait until last day.

I just hope that it somehow makes it in HBS Battletech, where none of that should matter, due to lack of hardpoint inflation (so no double-barreled nonsense) and the fact that it's a Turn-based game.

Total number of maps: 14 (Quick Play) + 6 (Faction Play)
Total number of Game Modes: 4 (Quick Play) + 2 (Faction Play in Beta? Zeta?)

Don't get me wrong
I don't mind 6 Mechs being added every month
Would be good if we had 1 map every month as well...
Or a new game mode every 3 months,
Or progress on making FW playable without 30mins+ of waiting.

Edit - lumping in 2 decals as seperate items is kind of... I dunno. I wish an appropriate module was included for the early rewards and the 2 decals lumped together as one.

On sarna it reads that the 99 have stealth armor. But since wedont have new tech yet they went with ECM, which kinda, sorta acts in a similar way.

Decals instead of modules. They are bonuses after all. Maybe we all could start buying only standard packs in protest.

And the laser boats are going to struggle. None have more than 4 energy hardpoints and the Blackjack has 8 of them.

I think the Assassin can complement the Cicada very well. Im not sure if its gonna be faster, but at least the AA will have JJ on all of them.
And I was holding my breath when I saw the two of them that you need to shell out more cash for had ECM. But its no big deal. ECM is good to have but not as crazy as when its range were twice what it has now.

I might buy the standard pack. In the fact that I support the tonnage brackets that are starving. We have ENOUGH 55 tonners alredy for example.

Well, if the lore said it would have torso hardpoints even. Then PGI would follow that too. It needs buffs to arms for sure.Its not a bad mech at all IMO, but like many other mechs.. Its not for everyone.
