Fire Support GRID IRON
Although i don't know how useful 12 rounds of NARC will be.

You're one of the few people I've seen who use a std with no case. Ammo explosion isn't much of a thing any more but I still use case on std engine builds with ammo. I've no idea if artemis helps narc so let me know how that goes.

Not really an issue when it's put on legs.

There are often games in higher Tiers where no player on your team has LRMs (or carries some small-size missile launcher only).
That's why I would not use NARC on my Grid Iron. In my experience it would be often just a wasted tonnage that could be used better for armor, engine or heat sinks.

You can get some good numbers and have fun doing it even though the HBK-4G has much better quirks for an AC-20 build.

24 damage is more than a Gauss explosion

You would need two more energy hardpoints for -4N.
I wonder if PGI will release HBK-4N sometime in the future. I like it in BattleTech because it is a versatile BattleMech with BV lower than other Hunchback variants.

The gauss quirk used to be amazing and I know it was almost an insta-shoot but in long range it still took ages to make a kill with it. You had to be pin point and never miss.
Close range it managed to then brawl properly by using the gauss to backup the lasers. Now it's just worse off than it's counter parts IMO.
I am pretty sure I've seen people running dual uac5s in this mech. I can see you can fit a fair amount of ammo in there. But this ruins the mech design completely.
