No, if you change armor values, then your Mech is no longer stock. Other than building the Black Phoenix variant when you become a Knight, you will not be allowed to modify any of your Mechs unless you win the rank of Knight Champion and then you will be able to created your own custom build and pilot that as long as you retain the rank of Knight Champion.

As a recruit, you pilot only your PHX-1 and you save any other C-Bills or MC that you earn until the next phase.

This Lord Commander stuff takes up quite a bit of time, I think I will grind a bit of XP on my Phoenix Hawks.

Well, the amount of people applying has slowed down since yesterday, but we will see what kind of names the next recruits come up with. Since the Order of the Black Phoenix is modeled after the Knightly orders of old Terra, some of us may like more traditional names.
