In the patch notes. The 8 gets 15% missile cool down and that's it, nothing on the rest.

Only the early adopter variant got a single 15% missle cooldown quirk.
Otherwise MAD IIC got no quirks.

Play more events. The free MC from events let's you buy heroes, dekkals, and colors. Otherwise you occasionally get some of those items directly as event rewards.

So Marak, you want TT rules?

You want AC2s with the same rate of fire as PPCs?

You want random hit location tables?

You want clans to be literally god mode?

The fact is, TT isnt balanced mech to mech, at all. Its sort of maybe ish slightly balanced when BV is taken into account, but that obviously doesnt fly when one player = one mech. Its also not balanced weapon to weapon, unless you think that the AC10/5/2 is balanced vs the PPC? (they are not, not even close)

We have far better balance in MWO than any previous mechwarrior game, where lasers were frolicking OP as all hell due to no beam durations and being hitscan. You just *think* they had better balance because you played single player and AI doesnt play to win. Lights (while not in a good spot right now, admittedly) are in a far better place than previous games which didnt even try to make lighter mechs viable.

LRMs are useless... everyone who played this game on a competitive level will agree to that.

I'm not trolling you, I hope can see that at this point, I appreciate the perspective of someone that was around before I came into MWO.

I will grant you LT sucked monkey balls until we learned to just "return to sender" for hilarious results.

As far as clans being nerfed to uselessness... I would disagree. Many of the clan mechs are still pretty dang awesome and the 2 ER PPC Summoner is a beast when you pilot right. Out of the gate, with Clan Wave I, Clan tech was just too powerful, I don't begrudge them trying to downgrade it a bit, while keeping it different. I've been on record for some time (Feb 16, I think) asserting that we pretty have about the best clan/IS balance we've ever had at this point, the outlying factors are hard to control: Piloting/Gunnery skill and population.

LRMs... I am not gonna touch that topic as I've said my share in other threads... lol

I don't know how they'd enforce the clan honor system, it would be cool if they could for some RP aspect, it just seems like that would be a lot of complexity and I will grant you that more complex things get, the harder it is to anticipate the overall effect, but that is a programming reality, not just a PGI/MWO reality.

thats clearly cause they dont know how... a team built around using them can utterly destroy. but there are some keywords in my statements that are greatly overlooked in general... words like Team & Built Around. Also need to have the tactics and understanding of how to use the weapons platform, anyone who is deriding Fire Support is quite obviously missing the concept of Total Warfare.

Finally got to download the Patch!!!
Whether a Mech is Good or Bad all depends on who is piloting it.
I know that I'm not a good as 65% of the players on MWO.
Sure I die a lot, but I keep slowly climbing up that tall learning tree mountain.
Why? Because I have a lot of fun out there and it lets me dream that I'm really piloting a Mech that I setup in Mech Lab to what works for me.

Love How She Looks.

Played some matches with the 3 ballistics torso and It's a solid mech. Used AC10s, but Im very tempted to put 2 Gauss Rifles there...
