Tamar Pact was formally a faction loyal to the Lyran Commonwealth, until the actions of a Steiner noble changed that during the Star League Era. They were originally created to protect themselves from the Draconis Combine. The Tamar Pact was originally owned by House Kelswa and existed until the Clan Invasion dismantled it. The thought of independence from the Commonwealth/Alliance would live on through Robert Kelswa-Steiner. After the ilClan Era, they would break away as an individual nation from the Commonwealth under the new leadership of House Regis.

The Tamar Pact's colors mostly consisted of red and black. This scheme is commonly seen on units like the Skye Rangers and the (reborn) Tamar Jagers.

So I reproduced Aleksandr Kerensky's ON1-K Orion on the ON1-P Protector, and did up the livery based on the art in the BattleTech Legends artbook...

Major Elizabeth Hazen was a survivor of the Royal Black Watch Regiment during the Amaris Civil War, and member of the Ghosts of the Black Watch resistance movement on Terra. After the Exodus, she fought beside Aaron DeChavilier, Deputy Commanding General of the Star League Defense Forces and best friend of Commanding General Aleksandr Kerensky, whose death in battle against formerly Capellan insurgents would lead to what became known as the DeChavilier Massacre, one of the formative events that led to the creation of the Clans. Her rampage after the death of General DeChavilier, rumored to be her lover, was immortalized in Jade Falcon canon as the Legend of Turkina.

Major Hazen was one of the officers who left with Nicholas Kerensky on the Second Exodus, and in so doing, she became the first Khan of Clan Jade Falcon.

Her most notable BattleMech was perhaps the Highlander, though as a member of the Royal Black Watch Regiment, she was also trained on the Marauder for the SLDF’s Gunslinger Program that every member of her unit had been through, and she has been sighted in a Black Knight as well; it was this third ’Mech that was used during the DeChavilier Massacre.

I do not know what the Black Watch livery actually looks like, but as I am basing this on a specific character’s ride, I based the colors on Hazen clan tartans, at least as far as I can find any info on Google. I’m sure I could bring together a more accurate tartan color combination if I had better sources.

And yes, it does have a bagpipe warhorn!

EDIT: I think I got lucky, with the livery; looking up what her Highlander looked like according to BattleTech Legends, it does indeed have those tartan colors. Its actual appearance in the artbook isn’t possible in MWO, on any extant ’Mech including the Highlander itself, but the tartan pattern is Close Enough.

So last time, I had committed a research failure with the colors of "Black Watch". It now looks like a proper Royal Black Watch Regiment livery, with a more accurate tartan. The only outstanding inaccuracy is the insignias, of course, but with some of the Ghosts of the Black Watch going on to become Clan Jade Falcon, I saw no better placeholder, especially since I was using a Clan Highlander for it. Ditto the "Angry Hazen", a Black Knight of the same model Elizabeth Hazen, the first Khan of Clan Jade Falcon, actually used. Since she was herself once Black Watch, it stands to reason that she would have used their colors.

The "Northwind" is a slightly different beast. The Northwind Highlanders technically don't have a unit-wide tartan like the Black Watch does, each ’Mech instead painted with the tartan of the Scottish clans the MechWarriors were part of. I kept the tartan colors the same, basing them on the insignia itself, but swapped the remaining color to the same camo drab I gave the Black Watch livery.

Now I can use my MC for other lore camospecs. I'm presently working toward a "Red Hunter". lol
