I'd say that the Phoenix Hawk IIC could be good as well... 400 series engine cap... the base model mounts two UAC/10's and 2 MG's...
Weapons and Equipment:
Built around the Type 79 400
XL Engine mounted on an
Endo Steel skeleton fitted with five
Jump Jets, the
Phoenix Hawk IIC features as close as possible ground speed and agility to the original
Phoenix Hawk as can be reasonably achieved on an 80-ton assault 'Mech, making it an effective fast interdiction unit. Ten and half tons of
Ferro-Fibrous armor provide eighty-one percent of the maximum possible protection at its weight class, while ten
Double Heat Sinks are sufficient for weapons array.
The main armament of the
Phoenix Hawk IIC is the paired
Ultra Autocannon/10s, each of which has a three-ton ammunition bin it can draw on. Both cannons are mounted in twin pods on either side of torso to the rear, a feature allowing technicians easy access to the weapons and reducing maintenance time both at base or in the field. A pair of
Machine Guns provide extra firepower that is most useful against unarmored
infantry. Despite the
Clans disdain for it, the 'Mech's weaponless arm are almost ideal for physical combat
Variants:- Phoenix Hawk IIC 2
Developed in 2852, this variant transforms the Phoenix Hawk IIC into a missile boat. It removes all the weapons and a ton of armor to mount four LRM-20s and eight tons of ammunition.
First appearing in
3062, the
IIC 3 was designed by Clan Steel Viper following their ejection from the
Inner Sphere and is produced for them by Clan Diamond Shark. Based upon the original, the
IIC 3 makes use of two
Heavy Large Lasers, a
Medium Pulse Laser, and two
Small Pulse Lasers; all of which are linked to a
Targeting Computer. Twenty-two double heat sinks keep all the heat generated by the weapons under control.

LB 10-X ACs in the torso, supplemented by twin Mk 3 ER Medium Lasers and Series-4 Streak SRM-4s. Clan Diamond Shark sells this variant to any interested buyer, including Inner Sphere powers, proving increasingly popular among
mercenary units.
Then PGI versions as needed.

I support releasing the Pheonix Hawk IIC but that thing gonna be played as a peek and poker since it got Kodiak level highmounts and we all know what that bring...
Still I rather see some mediums and lights put in.
My suggestions
Lights
Incubus: Fast 30 tonner have speed around Jenner IIC, jj, high mounted energy weapons, will share the throne with the Arctic Cheeto despite it not having ECM.
Fire Moth: Gotta go fast!!!
Piranha: Plz PGI release this mech so we have a 20 tonner...
Locust IIC: No explanations here, but the salt levels gonna be in a all time high.
Mediums
Shadowhawk IIC: Nice energyboat, with a few variants with ballastics, also Highmounts.
Griffon IIC: 40 tonner missile boat, with stormcrow level's of speed.
Great Wyrm: 45ton Ballastic boat, and a hero mech reay to be put in.(Based off the Dragon)
Mercury II: fast moving 40 ton energy boat, pgi can freely make up more variants if they want.
Black Lanner: versatile 55 tonner Omni
Battle Cobra: Std engine omni laser boat would be unique in the game since most omni's have clan xl's.
This just my opinion, what should be added.
