This is designed with extremely low management point and shoot in mind
Twin UAC 10s provide good firepower at a decent range.
3 ERSL for backup firepower at close range (Possible to swap for 1 ERML with HBR A head and extra armour for more survivability)
Low / no heat generated for mid range engagements
High burst for "Face off" brawl situations
ECM to provide missile protection
All weapons in the torso for no arm confusion and extra survivability
Possible to practice shielding since main weapon is on one side
Set of 8 omnipods bonus for more xp

This is my favorite build to use in CW......its a medium to long range brawler, set the er mediums to 1 weapon group the lrg pulse to 2 weapon group and the LBX ac 2o to 3. then rock and roll this bad boy, another option you can do with this particular mech is subtract 1ton lbx ammo add CAP so you can pick apart your opponents with your laser scalpels. You'll notice that the arms have absolutley no purpose at all other then to soak up fire with the 1 armor and all the internal, I call them shield arms.

Here's my suggestion on a HBR-A (C).
http://mwo.smurfy-ne...1d54b85a2894fb2
In contrast to my usual favored long range support mechs, this is both suitable for long range peeking and some ugly brawling.
3 cErLas, 3 cMG and 2 cSRM6. Armor was increased vs the standard version for survivability, a target computer MK I to exploit any open criticals.
P.S. I purposely chose pure "A" builds, no Omnimech Frankenstein. Making a HBR with ECM is too easy.

Here's my suggestion for another HBR-A (C) variant.
http://mwo.smurfy-ne...3a9f9666f28a9f7
This is the long range variant with a bit of insurance against some light skirmishers.
Max armor, 2 LRM15, 3 cMG, Tag, 2 cSLas.
