If I remember, MW4 had a map that had a big park in the center. It was one of my favorite maps.

When I play Shenzhen in War Robots, it reminds me of that. Its called Shenzhen because it was modeled after the city of Shenzhen in China and contains one of its landmarks.



The strategies are similar in both games, at least with the MW4 central park map which I remember. You got a big park in the center, which is both the focal and the danger point. You either attack from the sides of the park, and if the situation permits, usually when the opposing team is weakened enough, to assault in the center.

PGI map designers graduated from the same school as WoWS map designers, where it seems designing a map is about putting a f** off mountain (or mountain ranges) in the most f** off places as possible.

Urban map would be so badass! I always wished for more players per map with a Conquest type gameplay (think BF3/BF4/BF1). 30 on 30 would be so insane to see, let alone the pure chaos to be had.

Assuming the game engine could handle it, which I don't think it could.

30 on 30 would be an insane long waiting queue time given the player base.

Yea I was thinking about the same thing with the games engine being pretty bad, I don't think it could handle it either. Before they mentioned the Skill Tree thing the queues were pretty good and fast, but ever since they have been terrible so I just stopped queueing myself.

is not the Gameengine , its the serverbased(better against Cheating) Calculation of each Action, Hit and moving Element (the most other Games have clientbased Calculations)

Typhoon Rising hase with Cryengine has maximum 150 Player of the server

I love urban warfare...and I think it'd be fantastic to have such an urban map! :D

Urban warfare is a very brutal and evil necessity of combat...so let's do it!

They already put little pebbles that hang up mechs on fairly open maps and you want a destroyed city? I don't trust them.

PGI always ruins the urban maps. River city... more river than city. Giant open space in the middle for snipers. Frozen city. More snow than city. Giant *** valley in the middle for snipers. The only good brawl maps are the ones you can't play escort or incursion on, and even those have plenty of high grounds for *gasp* you guessed it, snipers. PGI loves their snipe fests. We want urban maps with more obstructions, no clearings, and corridors for brawling and PGI will give us snipe fest 2.0, with urban corridors on the outskirts of the map where nobody where will play.
