because even if you lack skill, and he will to lern it's the ego causing them to hackusate. It solves nothing in a game calling someoen else a hacker, proper minded people may discuss this in heir team if he may be a hacker, and or make a report to PGI. inagme hackusating is just a form of venting the butthurt caused rage.
if a person manages to get 4k damage, then the opps and the own team were doing really bad. t requires a bad opponent alowing someone to go on such a rampage and also a bad team so that the own comrades don't go on the same rampage. In these constellations a single skilled player can just won the world.

What you said reminds me of the screenshot of Coburn doing 5K+ stomping back in the day: https://www.reddit.c...planet_part_ii/

These 75% are not entirely true and I speak by experience because I do really own a very old computer...
The specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad 8300 @ 3,2GHz (CPU is almost 9 years old), 8GB DDR2 RAM, ok the graphics card is pretty decent (NVIDIA GTX1060 6GB), but the card alone won't make MWO running smooth...
My FPS flips between 15 and ~45 FPS, average is around ~28 FPS and you know what? In every match I am able to carry at least myself and often also other teammates while doing in such games my >= 2000 dmg.
I am now eagerly waiting for AMD RyZEN release and will upgrade then.
However, alot depends on skill, though it's possible that someone get's limited with a bad computer, but it's never your claimed 75%, let it for my sake be something between 30-40% if at all

I mean, he's not completely wrong, a good player will almost always do better on a good computer vs a bad computer. However, the good computer is not going to magically make a bad player play better, they'll just get to enjoy their death in more spectacular graphics and smoother fps.

Its more like, we just don't have the stamina we used to.
I can only keep it up for 10 - 15 games max.
You know elite shooty stuff
In my day, there was no match maker nowhere, and the lights would blackout very time you alpha. Thermal vision went for days and days and you could get dual guass in the head at your spawn point.
Jokes aside, the game takes effort if you want to reap the rewards
If you get rekted its the universes way of telling you that you have a wayz to go before you can wear the Number 1 headband

So we've had
Ping
Hit Reg
Hacks
Now it comes down to PC specs?
LOL give me a spell and get ya hand off it for gods sake. I run a 6yo CPU, 40-48FPS on average and my USB ports are flaky as ****. No issue with my performances.

All the times IS players complain about the CSSRM the clanners answer is: "No good player uses streaks anyway, so stop complaining IS scrubs"
Lets watch the video...2 of 4 mechs streak boats...
So, either clanners are right and Scar is a bad player, or maybe these streaks are not as bad as we IS players are told...

Well CSSRM's are good for two things; wrecking pesky lights, and farming lot of dmg/kmdd. Against bad players it doesnt matter what weapons you use.

The first 2 years I played MWO was with a first gen i7 870 at stock 2.93Ghz and a constantly overheating Gigabyte GTX60ti. This system never allowed more than 30 fps average under the best of circumstances and crashed on a regular basis on maps like Mining Collective. I was still able to achieve positive win loss and KDR on Mining Collective, where crashing 3 times in the same match and trying to reboot the game ( and sometimes my entire rig) was a guaranteed occurrence with a Western Digital 2TB Red HDD. That's a NAS storage drive for those of you who had a friend build a computer to play MWO and don't know, not exactly the fastest loading drive available at the time and more so now, because it's still the drive I play MWO off of today. I know several Div A comp players using outdated laptops and subpar duct taped rigs.
TL;DR Git Gud

PLEB! Anything less than 100fps is unplayable
(Jokes aside, I think resolution is more important than fps. Also brightness, because night vision and heat vision are useless at long ranges. And with improved object detail you can see the terrain hitboxes better. But ~30fps is what you should aim for.)

Turn it on Caustic/Tourmaline, see out to 1500-2000m EASILY. Thank me later.

Well yes, on maps with good heat contrast you can see fine, but I hate River city at night because it's impossible to see upper city from the citadel.
