Doubly hard as I don't access to my computer or scanner, atm, and my iPad sucks at sharing pictures, but just whipped this up, and had to settle for a photo for now

Hey, you actually placed the medium laser on the proper part of the paddle, unlike most artists since Loose.... so IMO it's all good.

Yeah I had no ink but a red pen and no scanner, too ;p

Man, I feel like I should do more bots. I'll make a full version of my Locust IIC concept when I have a chance.the a Mad Cat Mk III, Mk II, and a Nightstar for other threads.

1st time drawing a mech so sorry if it looks like a boxy POS with not a lot of armor, idk how to draw it but you get the idea. I can't draw mech legs for sh*t so forgive me

Always liked the idea of a heavy or medium even running a big LB20 and srms. So what I drew would be a loadout I would want to run on it.
4 erSL
2 SRM4 (2 ton ammo)
1 LB20 (3.5 ton ammo)
I think I drew an mg on it idk where I was going with it.

Was thinking this would be like a smaller Timber, lower profile, faster but not nearly as much armor. Battlemech would probably be best for balancing the guns this can carry to the pilots liking.

Scaling would be around a Hunkback IIC, maybe a little shorter but wider for sure. Top speed would be around 100kph. So a small boom bringer. Tonnage I would want it to be is 45 but the loadout seems a bit much for that size.
Some variants could run JJ, and would always want one with ECM.

(this mech could also go the other way and be a big mean assault but for now Ima go with what I wrote above)

The link for the picture is actually http://i.imgur.com/rTYPWbx.jpg. Imgur can get weird giving links if you try to copy them right away.

Already won one of these, so I won't enter again. You're a good dude for doing these challenges.

Bumping for great justice.

New mechs are great. But TBO I'm sick of the repetitive map rotation more than anything.

This is a smaller faster map that should provide for all builds. The central riverbed is littered with cover to aid approaches. Its set around an old star-league supply station that is now used as a junkyard where mercenaries can come to trade in salvage.

If there was a deadline, I could probably be motivated to paint a battletech scene I've been thinking about painting for about three months now. :P
