How were you forced to come to the forums? If you think someone is cheating the way to get them to stop is to email support, not post unverifiable claims on the forums. What do you really think is going to happen when you make hackusations without providing anything except anecdotal evidence to a video game forum? You chose to make a post without any evidence to back up your claims, and you know from past experience making the exact same kind of posts many times in the past how that will be received by forumites. You are either insane or masochistic, maybe both...

HSR can put you for a wild ride sometimes. Few months ago I was using a veery unstable connection and it started lagging in the middle of the match. I was in some kind of dakka mech, open and was jumped by a mad dog. He was cored too. Ping spike on my side made us stand almost face to face pouring 'damage' at each others' CTs for like a minute before I finally died.

Did you check the ping of that other player?

any of those have footage of Big Foot or the Lock Ness Monster? Pretty sure we'll see legit evidence of those long before we see any of Johnny's mystery hax.

Fill in a bug report and send it to the devs, add more info.
What server region, what mech you had, weapons, what were you firing at, distance, time and date of the game, were you having high latency....give them something more than "damage not registering 194!!!"
