Sorry
The guy complaining dealt 133 damage. Do you support his blame of his teammates for causing the loss...?
I, personally, would include him in the cause of loss, and thus he could only validly complain about his teammates if he openly conceded being part of the problem.

Naturally, he's just as responsible as any
Out of position, ganked from the rear, RNGeesus plzno situations. They'll happen
Everyone does Terribad every now and then
Some more than others
It's safe to say, you'll typically see 5 people with sub 200 damage (an improvement from the old 6) in my Tier 1 matches. I should probably run numbers, but that's what I see an awful lot of the time, both wins and losses.
I'm rarely among them, bar a cap race or VIP running into a firing line
I can shoot robots
I can get salty after a string of losses, where ~half the team consistently fails to shoot robots
I play Shooty Stompy Robots, but that makes it hard to shoot robots, when it's 12 VS 4.

That's ********. I don't trash talk my team because it doesn't solve anything, but this 'if you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem' is false binary ******* ********.
For example I had a game earlier where I got 2nd damage on my team in an AC20 urbie. I stuck with the team. I supported them as best I could. That team played ******* terribly. Did I tell them as much? No. That'd be selfish and mean. Could I have done more to help my team by attempting to lead or some ****? Yes. But that doesn't mean that I didn't make an objectively greater contribution to the team than most of them. (When I say most I'm including some of the people below me in damage as having potentially contributed similarly. They, like me, may have been doing all the right things to support the team and been left dry by their poor performance.)
Trying to claim all or nothing logic is valid is like saying every German alive in the 30s and 40s is equally responsible for the events of WWII because they didn't all try to assassinate {Godwin's Law}. "But there's more they could have done" This is an intentionally ridiculous example to illustrate the absurdity of your logic.
And the stats at the end? Don't do that. Really what you're doing is no better than the guy you called out. You're using metrics in the game as an excuse to be a douchebag to other people. Criticize his behaviour, sure. But unless you were watching him play for all we know he was doing all the right things and got unlucky or screwed by his team.

your argument supporting claim about Germans is a bit over the edge don't you think?

This is the exact situation where I start to fling salt around. Altough I'll make sure to at least have few kills and 400+ damage so my accusations have some weight behind them. Matches like that usually end with most of the team having under 200 damage done.

I left the game for a couple of months. I came back to ... well, it's indescribable. It's like being at an insane football match where the crowd squeezes in from behind and you are crushed against a fence. And that's only when you get a group (rare) that doesn't believe you can win if you pull the covers over your head and hope the boogeyman doesn't get you.
A few matches in and I think I'll check in again in a few months.
The long answer is "this is a game with a large learning curve." The short? The game is populated by people whose increase in IQ can be traced to their belt line.

What if one of those people was you? Are you going to blame yourself?
When I lose a game I tend to think about what I could have done differently regardless of what my team did. It's way more worthwhile to analyze your own performance first than those of your allies. I'm under the belief that a good enough player can carry any team of 11 randoms.
Edit: on a slightly related note, how do you do 0 dmg in a KDK-3???

I hate doing Terribad
I'm glad it rarely happens
When I get 600-1200 damage, I wouldn't be the main cause of the loss, barring objective.
The 5+ people who failed to deal 200 damage? That had a disastrous affect, and there's nothing you can do about that, other than shouting:
PUG LIFE
You'll rarely be able to carry 8 Terribad performances
Closest I've come is 8 Solo Kills, 10 KMDD and 1500 damage
Safe to say, I was the MVP

- When it works it's priceless and immensely rewarding (and surprising how often others with VOIP chip in and help out with calls).
- When it doesn't because of my screw up calling a bad push or similar I apologise.
- When it doesn't because half the team just don't listen ("DON'T CHASE THAT SQUIRREL" five times just as the main enemy force pushes...) it can get immensely frustrating and I'm afraid I'm guilty of typing those sorts of messages on occasion out of sheer frustration.
