Which mech is your favorite out of all the founder mechs and why?

or which mech do you wish was in the founder's program?

My favorite is the catapult, i never knew why i just always liked the look and feel every time i was in a catipult, i felt like a real thing to me.

Since i'm mostly the "Fire Support Guy" it's the Catapult.

Of the Mechs announced so far i would have loved a Stalker.
The Mech i would have really loved is the Archer... but that is of cource another story

I went with the Catapult as well. I didn't want the Atlas right off the bat, as I prefer to work for that. Didn't care about the Jenner as I am sure that will be a dime a dozen in the beginning, and Hunchback is just plain ugly to me. So Cat won out for me, plus I love to launch missiles!

I just got the catapult. Thing looks darn sexy. I like the idea of sending volleys of missiles that arch and swarm through the sky as they slowly descend onto the target. I can just imagine seeing the missiles hit their mark with the delayed "whoompwhoompwhoomp" of the explosion sound-waves reaching me just as I've reloaded the next salvo.

I got the catapult. I've enjoyed playing it in the past. I just wish it didn't have the beak. I didn't get the atlas just because of looks. I've never liked mechs that look so humanoid. I like mechs that look like walking tanks.

catapult.. but i have feeling i will switch to medium mechs very soon just not the hunchback

Wow a lot of catapults! I also went with the catapult. I have always loved this mech right back from when I first played a mechwarrior game, Mechwarrior 2: merriness. Another one of my faves have has a similar look and style was the vulture and Mad Cat. I guess people just like taking out others at long range with LRM 20's lol

i always loved the look of the atlas. i guess its a pretty standard mech but it just kicks booty.

Out of the 4, and the mechs announced, so far the Atlas and Jenner are my favorite for their categories (Assault and "light") so it would be between one of them for now until another is announced, so I am betting the Jenner will be left standing.

(Although with all the catapults, I might go for the Hunchback and do some flanking.

Hunchback or Jenner. I have been more of a medium mech guys with heavies being the biggest I am comfortable driving.

Hunchback, just prefer mediums. It just loves Catapults inside min LRM range - and there will be plenty of Cats to practice on

I honestly do not have a favorite among the 4, but I will be a scout running in a mod Jenner so I say, Jenner.

I'll be switching between the cat and the jenner depending on wich one I feel like using at the moment. Mostly I like the catapult's range and mobility. It'll be fun to walk up to a mech after blowing off most its weapons and laser it up close.
