Having some idiot just go off on me since I'm in a catapult ranting about lrms and such on my side. The fool alphas into me and laughs thinking a lrm only build is defenseless. I wait for him to crawl on to get to the magic number away from me while holding q and quietly slide down my / key.
I point my circle clearly on his back side and let lose the lrm 80. He dies. I laugh that lrms killed him since he was dumb enough to walk into their impact point on the ground.

I know that people have been talking about it for years, but I have never witnessed it myself
Actually, I had a Golden 'Mech on my team a few days ago and nobody attempted to harm him.

i can and will use golden mechs as armor. if they get hit while im trading around them. thats just the risk you take when you drive your lambo through the poor part of town.
it comes in handy when people wake the dead.

A: Why do you guys feel such a powerful need to revive 4 year old threads. You should stop.
B: This past summer on crimson strait we had pretty much butchered the enemy team. We were walking out from the port to the island to grab the last guy. My back was untouched and only one enemy was left *in front* of me and yet somehow, against all odds, my back started taking damage. There was a friendly kintaro behind me. I responded in kind. Apparently he did not have any armour, or structure left, because he popped instantly and immediately started hurling verbal abuses at me.
He shouldn't have shot me.

I once accidentally killed one of my teammates. I got the lock for my 4xLRM20s and launched them with an alpha when saw a poor Spider jumped up right in my firing line. He got all the 80 damage wolley in his back. I think he were not happy not were I. My last salvo were wasted because of a badly chosen time of jump. At the end of the match I written I am sorry the teamkill. Happened and still felt badly whenever it cames into my mind.
How many times got I shot by teammates? Out of FP? Almost always. In FP? Never ever because FP players are goddamn higher tier than I ever could dream. In QP there is always that guy who hides, peeks, hides, peeks, hides, decides, step, fire without aim and got someone right in the back. In case of lights or single weapon fire it is not a big deal. But when a Stalker's laservomit alpha hits you in the back? Hurts. Also noted that such guys not even say "sorry" nor do they trully hit anything (I wonder how could someone deal more damage on teammates than on enemies)...
He deserved. I think he were even more sinister since he complained about your action at all... Or he were just br@inf@rted, dunno...

Stories of firefights that went horribly or comically wrong by accident are fine. But stories about deliberate self-justice, inflicting teamdamage or willingly killing team-members are encouraging griefing. Stay away from those, here and in-game as well.
