if that were true, it wouldn't have lower arm actuators.....
as for cheeze, IDK, always felt dirtier running my 4 Gauss74 ERML, 300XL, 17.5 tons of armor Clan Annihilator. (12 DHS, 8 tons ammo).
The Hellstar is actually the same basic mech I used in MW3, my "greased lightning" ANH build. Just 5 tons lighter, and a bit more efficient engine weight.
I won't say that's not horrific, because I would be lying and also dead
The gauss though at least carry the risk of exploding. The big advantage of the Hellstar is it doesn't run any risks for its ERPPC hadoken apocalypse outside only having four weapons (and being vulnerable to infantry, what with no hands or whatnot). Weirdly, I've never felt the same about the Awesome or other PPC boats - maybe it's the extra damage of the Clan variants + the perfect heat dispersal of the chassis that does it for me.
Don't get me wrong, and comedy aside, if I saw a Hellstar I wouldn't cast it from my sight in a spray of holy water and invectives before declaring its controller apostate - just given the choice I'd rather run (and run against) just about any other Assault 'Mech
Stock anyway. No quad gauss ANH's, nooo...wait, the C2 variant...aieeee
