NOTE: I am certain even the best players may get caught out once in a while but that's just one game. Learn and adapt.
I average about 400 damage a match. Last night I had a match where I did 17 damage.
That's one followed by seven. Seventeen.
It was bad positioning on my part and clever play by an opponent. (I had checked behind me in the tunnel on Crimson, but I didn't see an ERL ECM Raven sitting waaaay back outside ready to poke us in the back. He timed his attack perfectly with some of his teammates attacking from the front. By the time I realised my back armor had gone, it was too late and my Huggin was dead.)
17 damage. My lowest score ever, I think.
But anyway, the point is: if you get a really low score, it's
always your fault. Even in the worst drops, where you're teamed with the worst pugtatoes the Secret Tier 6 has to offer - and I had a lot of those yesterday - it's possible to get
at least 250 damage.
And that's just by playing sensibly, not even resorting to non-teaming hide and poke tactics, running away, etc.
So I'd encourage you to just give a bit more thought to "what if there's a Kodiak Spirit Bear just around that corner" (or "what if there's an ERL Raven sitting out the back of that tunnel") and giving it another go.

dont bother talking to these fanbois, this community is tiny and dying, the game is awful, but dont bother posting anymore, all thats left are the 'white knight' crowd suckling mechpacks from PGIs diseased ***.
I'm not in any way a white knight. But I "own" my mistakes, and I encourage others to do the same.
