It's a pretty well known secret that I just post random stuff and don't take what I say on the forums very seriously since I generally do not have much to contribute other than said random nonsense.

Can't divulge details on MW5 or the overall roadmap for MWO, but I can say that there's a lot of exciting stuff yet to come

But still, having a member of the PGI staff posting "random stuff" on their official forum which they advertise as for "constructive general discussions", particularly when threads get moved to K-town for "going off topic" seems like an awfully contradictory bit of messaging. Add that to the historical cry from many in the community that "PGI doesn't listen" or "I wish PGI would engage with us", and it seems to me yet another bit of bad optics that this company just keeps piling on itself. Whatever.
I'm all for Mr. Forst or anyone else posting random stuff, even mocking each other, trying to be funny, lightening the mood, etc. But as a member of PGI's staff, I hope he is ready for the more serious minded (uptight) folks faux outrage when they decide to get bent out of shape over it (I guarantee it will happen sooner or later).

It's not really a big deal. I know how to handle the quirks of my particular posting persona well. I generally make it clear that my "I like to post" mode doesn't actually have anything to say and not to take me seriously at all. This also transfers over to the chat channels for streams whenever I wander into those, my Reddit presence, and my Twitter account when it's not just updates from my Fitbit.

Whenever I get "official" I make it pretty clear.

This is my chance to make an outrageous, impossible to properly implement idea! I've got to make it good... Hmmmmm... I know!

I want H-Bills for every faction, with a complex economy and stock market that updates a minimum of every 5 minutes, with a stocks counter cockpit item so I can keep up to date on the market while in matches! Otherwise the Clan Diamond Shark experience is lacking.

(All jokes aside, it's legitimately really nice to see yellow on the forums, even if it's just for joke posts. Actually, especially for joke posts.)

This thread is soooo derailed it's ridiculous. The worse part is that the staff members are the cause of this derailingness!! Guys!! we're suppose to be role-models here and do what CoC says and contribute to the topics properly! But I guess if no one here is harming anyone that's all that matters in the end I guess.. If we can all get along, be friendly and have good laughs that makes me super happy. And it looks like it's overall happy in here..

Also, poor Chris. I'm sorry Chris! I hope everyone stays kind to Chris~ He's really cool and cares a lot for the community and MWO in every way. He's always reading and listening to posts all over in all medias (I know cause' we talk about you!).
He is still a community member at heart too you know! Also have you guys seen his interview with MRBC yet?
