The secret requirement is very very simple, you do not need to be in a specific 'Mech nor weight class at all. I am almost positive that as long as you play QP matches (in whatever you want) over the weekend you should be able to eventually achieve it in a match fairly easily!

Press the secret combination of keys to activate melee combat and kick an urbie.
