So i haven't checked the boards in a bit, just been playing and having fun, but figured i would glance in and saw a nice post about balance pod cast, must listen to later.. and then a lot of complaining about an FW event. No clue why that would bug anyone, but then this is the general forums.

So i clicked on the event and started reading, and saw the rewards.. and thought HOLY CRAP!!


So thanks PGI, i always have fun in these FW events, only thing that sucks, It doesn't start tonight! WOOT!

Am I missing something here? I only see a few Banners, Warhorns, etc as rewards.

I clicked on it when it first posted and my first though twas....cool another event to skip, the rewards are limp!

ckick on personal challenges, lots of c-bills and crate keys and a good amount of MC. something like 20+ million c-bills 30+ keys and 900+ mc

What's the point in giving away 30 something cache keys?

i almost play fp exclusively these days. so its nice to get stuff for what im already planning to do. timing is also good because i got to leave town for a couple days right after the event.

supply cache keys? i think they are trying to prove to players that its not a scam, figure if people do 30 pulls and get something out of it, they might actually buy keys. ignoring the fact that people dont want to spend real money on 30 keys to win a single mech bay and some useless garbage, i can get 2 mechbays just buying them and have some change left over for a dekkle. i plan on sitting on mine. maybe pgi will do the smart thing and put the new guns in the caches, and i can rack up a lot of new weapons that way.

I will try to play FW as much as I can the next days. I will loyally stay IS, though I do like to play around with both tech sides in Puglandia
I do wish the most massive rewards would ONLY be for Loyalists (or at least great rewards only for loyalists), mercs could get half of that lone wolves could get even less but maybe some other things to keep them in. ( Mercs have the jumping bean from faction to faction freedom anyway)

FP is fun when you have enough people to get drops with reasonable frequency, and this event with this level of rewards should make it pretty snappy. I anticipate drop times to be quite low.

Good rewards. I do feel bad about the IS, as most big merc units tend to jump to Clans whenever Tuk happens.
