Okay, good enough deal I got 9 more that I did not have or closed out some that I was missing and wanted. Colors and paint schemes would also have been awesome. Just glad Clan Hell's Horses stuff is here. Wish the other clans had been here in time to play this round. Maybe next time.

Huntsman was on sale on Easter event. That's where I got mine.

Also Nova and Arctic Cheetah were fairly popular in scout matches. But on invasion Huntsman wasn't as popular, while the two were used there as well, along with Jenner IICs. The stats don't seem off.

I saw a lot of Huntsman opponents in Scouting, but not many in Invasion mode matches. Invasion seemed to have more Hunchbacks from what I could see, lots of PPC Shadow Cats. Novas common in both obviously because 12x small lasers.

Cheetahs are also popular just because they weigh 30 tons, so plenty of them were used to free up tonnage for 75+ mechs.

I saw Huntsmen everywhere. But that not what the stats posted say, so I guess they were not in the top numbers.

Under the rules I play MWO under, all the Clan 'Mechs I play are salvage from Tukayyid, that's why I paint them Com Guard white.

Unfortunately apart from Loki F the only one I don't own is the Kodiak and that wasn't indicated to be at real Tukayyid, so torn...

Weird list of "popular" mechs. No Night Gyrs, Marauder IICs or Lolcusts? And I saw way more Atlas and Stalkers than Maulers(lol).

Make sure you get the Hellbringer, Hunchback IIC and Arctic Cheetah if you don't already have them. I love Ebons and I'm starting to like Novas.

And yes, Night Gyrs 'should' be on the list. I saw a lot of them.

For my part, I need the Mauler, Hunchback 4SP, and Black Widow (I have enough MC!). I don't have the Cents, the BLR-1G and I'm not sure if I have the GHR-5P. I'll have to do some pondering.

Since clans can only field up to 50 ton MECHS in scouting now, there were not as many Stormcrows.

On a side note, IS has more than enough Mechs that can counter the Stormcrows, so there is no need to keep the Clan drop deck limit at 50 tons.

The sale could help out newbies. Not everyone has duplicate meta mechs. Pre-ST meta mechs, anyway.

Probably to dissuade people from running Skillcrow build with 100kph speed. If Clanners wish to go Light hunting, they must hop onto Light mechs, or 80kph speed Nova and Huntsman, or 90 kph HBK-IIC, giving IS Lights a chance in Scouting. Bottom line is, Stormcrow had speed, firepower, and sustain.

A couple of hellbringers would be worth while if you don't have them already...


But like your first post implies I've bought a number of sale mechs only experience/shelf them as they got nerfed shortly afterwards

8 Chassis I do not own.
I could also get a Cicada-3M but I do not feel good enough in the other 2 I tried.
And then I can grind them up.....wait, I have so much GSP I can get them 91SP for all 8 easy and have enough GSP left over for 36 more Mechs.
Uh, ok, wow, this failure to need grind time is new.

Only need decide between:
Battlemaster-2C or -1G
Warhammer-6D or -6R (can't get a BW by itself without the MC)

Are Hellbringer-F pods available if you get the Prime and own no others?

Was just thinking that my HBK IIC-B (4xsrm6a, 2xspl with an xl 275) runs at 95.8 with speed tweak/nodes and has JJs... bought it solely for scouting in the turkey III event. (Loved it enough to take it pugging).

6r lost it's velocity quirks. so if you look for performance go for 6D
