Firstly, there's no proof that this actually occurred
Secondly, there's no way to prove it actually occurred.

So complaining about it is pointless; it is impossible to prove it is happening, so it is impossible to stop.

Sometimes someone will say this about a guild mate on the opfor "kill X first, i want him dead" and when i ask what mech hes in they never tell(so far no one broke that rule). But as soon as i find out i make sure to spot them and call them in chat lol! Those are fun games, like when you spot a dev lol.

So do these guys get banned for synch dropping onto opposite teams and being in the same guild?

Is blatant match fixing aloud? Yes the were blatantly giving friendly locations to opposite team.

What is group queue for then?

I wont mention the name of the guild because I got in trouble or that already I am proud to say. Posted Image

Johnny you are 100% in the right here. These units are clearly hacking & cheating and need to be banned at once.

I think I speak for the whole Gundam Wing community when I say thank you for your service and bringing this to everyone's attention.

Here I'll give you some actual answers Johnny.

Even if it wasn't allowed, you would need to prove that they were doing it. Its not hard to end up in the same match with unit mates purely by chance. This is is especially true of bigger teams but even small teams can have it happen. Small player base and fairly open MM and all that.

Define "blatantly giving friendly locations to opposite team". Did they type it in all chat? If so, then go ahead and report, you can for that. If you just think they were though, then that doesn't count.

Group queue is for when you want to drop as a group for sure. No chance required, just group up and drop together.

Don't quote me on this, but I thought you could name units on the forums. You can't name and shame players but for some reason you could units. Kind of like how screenshots often times don't black out the unit tags. Not really important I guess, just thinking out loud or would it be out written...?

Looking through the CoC, there is no mention about sync-dropping, or same unit members being on opposite teams, so I think you're way off base.

Funny enough, this is against the CoC though:

Accusing other players of using hacks, scripts, or cheats.

Synchronized dropping is an attempted exploitation or manipulation of the matchmaking system, and is thus a violation of the Code of Conduct.

As noted in the thread above, such misconduct can be reported for game moderator review. This can be done through the in-game player context-menu or by emailing moderation@mwomercs.com with any details and/or evidence available. Considering the nature of the violation, the latter may be more useful. The report may then be reviewed to investigate potentially problematic behavior or circumstances of coincidence.

[mod]As discussion of exploits or cheats is not permitted on the forums,
this thread is now closed.[/mod]
