Wow PGI, thanks! As a citizen of the United States, I am touched by your inclusion of Memorial Day as an MWO event. It was not long ago I was chided by other players on an MWO forum for asking if there was going to be an event for some US holiday, so this is appreciated.

So, in the spirit of camaraderie for all of my fellow MWO players, I tip my hat and salute members of the armed services of all nations who gave their lives while in service to country. May God bless them and keep them.

Now I am going to get some swag!

nice event, PGI. thx for it. i dont have a Linebacker yet, and my colors pool is limited, so the rewards are welcome. yes, there are ppl in the game who can be called "casual players", who dont own every single item in the game. seems some ppl forget this, as usual

Nice rewards but 10.000 matchscore during one weekend is to high for me. Dont want to spend the whole weekend in front of my pc.

Titanium White Paint was given away as a prize during the Autumn Harvest Event.

Yes, I keep records of all challenges and have done so since September 2014.

Perhaps PGI might replace THIS challenge's Titanium White paint scheme with an alternative paint, such as Kurita Pure White or Ghost Bear White?

Even so...there seems to be little coloration difference between the "White" schemes aside from the names...

Well, PGI got me with this event. I had resigned myself not to play until they fixed or at least altered the skill tree.

I think the rewards are highly achievable. It should take the average player around 8-10 hours of play time to rock out 10K match score.

Yes you will get bad teams, bad players, DC's, etc from time to time. But always remember, all of us have voice coms. If you are on a bad team start talking and organize it yourself. You don't even have to be good at it to get a majority of the players in the drop to move together and fire at the same target. Most players want someone to follow. Be that someone if no one is doing it in your drop. Yes you will still have an idiot who runs off, but you will have better matches overall.

Even though this event had me jump back into the cockpit, I am still not dropping money on this game until something is done with the skill tree. I will even add it is not as terrible as people make it out to be, myself included. But I have to say after playing a few matches, it feels as if the balance between Clan and IS is even wider now. Clan is like super easy mode now.

And the skill tree set up is just overwhelmingly disappointing. I feel like I am playing a late 90's early 2000's mmorpg they way the darn thing is designed.

This is a great event and sale combo indeed.

There's plenty to go out for, and it's nice we did not had to wait for a mech sale until X-mas.

Just wished the skill tree thingy was different from what it is, but well, what's done is done.

Going to have a late start. I do not know yet how many hours it is going to take to reach that score, because I just found about this.

Very happy to see Dawn and Coconut Monkey available again through this event. Those are the only two cross promotion items missed out on, so the hell with everything else. I'm grinding for those alone! I already have the colors and the mech...so meh.

I hope to see more major events using this format again in the future.


....... Now if you guys would just retexture the Grid Iron Cheerleader Bobble and release her as reward.....

I remember there was a topic somewhere in my profile i guess, that you could see all challenges from first day of playing MWO till present day, but i can't find it anymore!

Titanium White blooms the most I think. (With Kurita White you'd have the patriotism police up in arms.)
