If you think "just keep moving" is good advice that applies across the board and in all scenarios, then maybe you should try it in practice with all classes and loadouts.

Exactly, it all really just depends on what PGI want them used for, as area control that can be identified, or as bonus damage for C-bills, that can hit targets in the back from frontal shots etc.
While I understand that people have gotten used to firing them as is, and find it to be a sort of artform in itself, I don't know why anyone would really want that second option for them, it is akin to the rearm costs of prior patches, paying to reload your guns.
I understand again the want for an AOE damage based weapon, which arti and airstrikes provide like no other weapon, but again, what do we want the function of these
consumables to actually be here?
