yea it finally stopped raining outside and i wanted to go fishing.

im probibly just going to play normally and only do challenges that pay out either a mech bay or mc.

Great event for folks with lots of time..


I personally only have my eye on the end game, battle-master and some colors, The others i get what i get, not really worried. I'm sure if i am on one day i'll log in and see what event is happening, if i get it i get it, Other wise no big deal

The big thing I want is the colors and mech before it's all said and done. That part certainly looks doable. I have family birthdays and functions to deal with during the rest of the event, and they're not the sort of things I can just skip out on.

I like to go 100% on these things, but the stark truth is that I can't always do that. Especially when they're as robust as this one is. I'm just glad the stuff I really want is still within reach.

Some of these rewards make me realize I really need to start grouping in this game.

I only play solo so the group challenges kind of suck especially since there is no lobby or LFG function I can rely on to help me find someone to join up with.

lfg was designed cart before horse. in that its backwards from what most other games do. other games worry about getting people in lobbies and if you make friends good. here you got to make friends first and then set up a lobby. or i like where you can play the maps and modes you want to play and connect with like minded people. like some kind of terra therma support group.

1 day events for mechbays = crap
Some of us have to work, give me a week and ill do anything but on a given day, geez

overall too messy, should have been week 1 quest, week 2 quests like they have done in the past.

what is PGI trying to achieve with this? Increase login count per day.

I'm guessing players are leaving in droves right now. That's what this event is telling me. Between all those who supposedly left because of the skill tree, and the numbers who have left to play Battletech...I know I haven;t really played since the beta dropped. PGI is doing everything they can to try and keep their numbers up it seems.

Basically, yeah, that's what they are saying with this type of events..

We'll give you all this fancy stuff, if you just stay and play the game..

I mean, I counted.. if you finish the whole event, you get 11 Warhorns alone.. thats 11 x 750MC that's 8250MC, just for playing the game..
