We'll see how predictions stack up to reality once the patch drops and if anything isn't working out the way we want them to they will be iterated upon in future patches.

Well in my mind the lasers needed to be adjusted and the values seem fine. They have closer DPS and the CSPL DPS was higher than most mediums. So it needed some adjusting. My unit and I would drop all linebakcers with CSPL and it was nearly unbeatable. The heavy small laser should be a good replacement for the lights and mediums that need smalls..
