Uh, note the difference in time to cool off; that means the Clan mech is significantly cooler running.

Also, his figures are wrong; it is actually 6.94 seconds for the IS mech with 20 DHS to cool off, not 10 seconds (calculated and tested/timed).
The Clan mech's time to cool off is 5.80 seconds.

That means the Clan mech is able to maintain a 33% higher rate of fire.

I have Orion-VA in my IS deck with AC20+3xASRM6. It still moves slower and has less alpha than Orion-IIC-A.

Then Clan apologists have no right to ***** about Clan weapons running hotter since heat is the same thanks to CDHS. Clans still got range and damage advantage.

With perfect execution you may be onto something but when herding cats the behavior most people default to favors clans. An effective charge takes coordination and balls and those two things are often lacking if any pugs are involved.

That and a truly well setup clan firing line makes it damn hard to get to fight with enough of your mech left to execute a mosh pit.
