Rule of Thumb: If a player has more losses than deaths, he's gaming his KDR.

Warglaviez has only 28 deaths despite 67 losses. He's gaming his KDR by running off and trying to hide every time his team loses the fight in order to force the other team to win via objectives. I imagine the 28 deaths were mostly Skirmish games where he didn't really have a choice, but to die. Same story with the third place light.

Edit: Oh I just saw your name when looking his stats up.. You know all about gaming KDR don't you?

Isnt Warglaive the guy that got a short ban for always waiting in an assault(Cycops) till everyone in his team was dead and then he would try and get some kills? Hes like the proof that report can actually do something but you need whole teams to bash that button for weeks.

Sounds like something he would do. He's got a bunch of alts. He probably boots them up whenever he gets a temp-ban.

I really believe that this is some sort of a hit registration issue. I've talked to a bunch of players off line and they have the same stories on "other" mech classes that in or on some maps, just can't be consistently dented........

Shooting "down" with PPC's and other long range weapons seems to be pretty problematic. My example earlier was a shooting down example. Many are wondering if there is a geometry issue in the gameplay engine? Mini-Assaults are changing the game. Pilots that have grasped the "whatever it is" paradigm and are running with it.

This issues comes down to believability. Can a 25 or 30 ton vehicle survive the ballastic weapons physics of this era we are piloting in? Let alone survive in the frontal 60 degree arc of any MBM?

You can keep calling them "mini assaults" all you want, it doesn't change the fact that you are oblivious to how the game is played, as evidenced here.

@OP I think it would be best if you hung out with some of the people that are willing to properly show you the ropes of this game. Considering I saw you in the b33F video my only suggestion it to get better at your situation awareness and learn to aim.

I only game KDR. I don't play for anything else, I don't enjoy anything more, I'm not ashamed of it and I appreciate how War_glaives does it.

I absolutely do not care a microgram about what anyone else thinks or says. I play how I want, for me and for no one else.

No one's snide innuendo or out-right judgement can take anything away from how I enjoy this game, because it is simply irrelevant.

Fine. If I find you in a game that I'm playing and you are gaming KDR by non-participation or anything that runs counter to CoC I will report you for it. Also reported your post because you said "I only game KDR. I don't play for anything else, I don't enjoy anything more, I'm not ashamed of it and I appreciate how War_glaives does it." Thus implying you game by non-participation (instead of by pure skill because you are afraid to try) and thus also runs counter to the CoC. Confession much?
