As of this writing the re-formation of the Savage Dragoons has begun.
After talking with Dale, we've decided to restart our old unit.   Savage Dragoons will be a merc unit working for House Marik.
Ito, Amergin, Anton, Dread (Black Widow Dread~~that is if you are not going to re-form *BW*), :  We have a spot waiting for you guys.  Drop me or Dalemart a PM and let us know.  
Rot, what's up with the DR's?  I thought I saw Hoho, Elf and Babs floating about these parts too...Drop me a line and at least lemme know what's up.
Nehrul and Nite...drop me a line too.
As I am sure that I have missed a few names of folks who have been floating about (I've only briefly gone through these forums looking for names), if there is any other old Marik Gamestormer looking for a home, again, shoot Dalemart or myself a PM. I'll also throw a copy of this up on the enjin site as soon as I get that ruddy confirmation letter.

After such a long time, I had honestly started to feel like this day would never happen again. I am thrilled that we have a game where not only can all of our MechWarrior dreams be realized, but also to see familar faces and old friends joining under the unit of Savage Dragoons again is awesome. I think we are all excited about what MWO will bring to those of us familar with this gaming universe and style of game. If this game is half as good as I remember MPBT: Solaris being, than this game definitely needs the Savage Dragoons.

For the most part, I think this group has always centered around the run, gun and have a helluva lot of fun style of playing that I think most people can enjoy and appreciate in this type of gaming environment. I'm glad to hear that Frodo has extended the invite out to several of our old friends, and I hope that in time, we will have just as much fun in this game, as we've had in past games.

I look forward to seeing, talking and dropping with many friends, old and new, and in the successful rebirth of the Savage Dragoons!

I had no idea that this game even existed. But I was doing some reminiscing and did a search, and here I landed!

Good to see that the <SD> live on!
