Not that we couldn't use some more maps, or rebuilds/variants of same. Even destructible walls are enough to alter how a map plays, and we have stuff like that with Incursion.

80% of the map never gets used, it tanks my FPS compared to other maps, and I have a 1700X & 1070.
I also feel like its impossible to see anything with bushes the size of houses and trees the size of skyscrapers.
I also don't like it because I miss my waterfall inside a cave dammit.

Edit; Actually, that's the second worst to play. Thee worst to play is Grim Plexus Domination. One entire side the teams are always to ****ing passive and never even try to get into the circle. Honestly it needs to be adjusted just like Alpine was.

God I hate that mode on the bigger maps.
As far as a pure worst map in any/all circumstances? Maybe Alpine? Only because it gives certain builds a distinct advantage and other builds (namely short range, and more especially slow short range builds) a distinct disadvantage. Most other maps you can almost always compensate for the conditions no matter how bad your build is for the environment, or they affect (both positively and negatively) a narrower band of builds to a lesser extent.
Plus Alpine matches nearly always play out the exact same way. Sure, most maps play mostly the same way, but Alpine takes it to the extreme: someone gets the mountain and the other team tries to position around the base to knock them off of it. Its limiting AND boring, and add time consuming to that as well. The scale of the thing requires a few minutes of intro slog (similar to Polar) just to get to the inevitable positions so it can play out as always.
Yeah...that map gets my vote.

Honestly one of the most unique terrain bits MWO ever had.

Otherwise Alpine
edit/ps: Please move the Domination point on Plexus!

So hard to see anything because of shrubbery. Map is too big. Old forest colony was better, got bad ever since they 'remade' it.
Best: Mining collective (stay tf away from this map !)

That's my #1 gripe with all map designs - it's the scale. There is not one moment on forest colony where you feel like you're in a giant robot, as all the shrubbery and tree life dwarfs the tallest of mechs.
It''s not just forest colony either - it's almost all maps that feel like the scaling is wayyy off.

I think you may change your tune if you visit the Redwood forrests.

First off: they arent redwood trees. they are magical giant galactic space trees from another planet.
Second: I've visited the largest tree in the world, AND the redwood forests. None of them are anywhere near as large as the trees on forest colony, considering the sheer scale of a mech.
Third: 'Forests' has only one r
