Just because it happens once, does not mean it will be a regular occurrence. For a DWF to do that literally everything has to go in it's favour. There is little chance it will ever be repeatable, you could play 50 games and you'd never get close to that again.
However if you pick a better mech you can repeat 1000-1500dmg games game in, game out. Do they need 11ty hardpoints, LRMs or a cold map to do it? Absolutely not. Why? Cause I do it in most games I play and none of those are factors to a decent player.
So the simple fact is you don't know what you are talking about, seeing it once means nothing. Your points are not useful to anyone looking to improve their game. They are OK if you only want to stay at the level, like you (and nothing wrong with it), but improving means better builds and better gameplay.

why your stuff sucks
2) go to google and do a search (from google)
https://mwomercs.com...allistic-mechs/
3) don't brag if you find something that works keep it to your self
4) don't complain you will only make things worse (sad to say but its an old ANG proverb)
good luck

2 LPL (when they did 9 damage per shot). STD 310 engine. STD heatsinks. Nothing else.
Only reason I didn't get that 8th kill (it was the 7th guy) is I sat there to let another teammate get it... I got chewed out by the team because I let him die and wasn't helping him (as he died seconds after). Try to be nice and share the kills and just can't win.
Oh yeah, back then they didn't list mechs.
It was a Stalker 4N.
No quirks obviously.
One LPL per arm.
3 enemies were Atlases.
2 enemies were Stalkers.
2 enemies were mediums.
1 enemy was heavy.
Had 3 allies that were assaults, 1 was a Stalker (the guy that got a kill).
1 ally was a heavy.
2 allies were lights.
1 ally was a medium.
I know for certain the all of the assaults participated.

Anyway, trying again. There is a Strong Anti-LRM Mafia here despite what they can do. But IMO, for them to work you need at least 3-4 of them on a team. I've seen Tier 1 teams made up of LRMers DESTROY other Tier 1 teams.
A month or more ago, OldBob and I were running assault LRMers on Polar with at least 2 others and we both did over 1200 damage. LRM offer a few things "shooters" do not. You can really call targets that everyone can hit because of the range and the fact it is not Line Of Sight. When shooters call targets maybe only 2-3 can see and hit it. With LRMs, 4-8 Mechs can hit the same target.
I've had my Hellbringer destroyed on every map and I have ECM and I understand hiding.
ON THE OTHER HAND, I have been following some of ASH's advice (from other posts)
And I just sold off most of my LRM launchers.
I think the perfect Clan deck is 3 Hellbringers and 1 Shadowcat. Here are a couple of recent games (the free version of Gyazo only holds 10 screenshots)

My record is 1264 with the JagerMech 6DD.
I've also broken 1100 in the Shadow Hawk 2K and 1000 in the Griffin Sparky.
I looked at my average numbers, and hilariously my highest average 'mech is St. Ives Blues at about 580 average. But that's just two games. Mechs with a significant number of games, the best is Sparky with 498 average.

then you gotta have enemy mechs that allow the damage. lots of meds/lights just wont give you a high damage.
then you gotta figure out which mechs suit you the best and whats your playstyle bla bla bla...
got near 1600 dmg with several mechs, long range, med range, brawl, "bad" mechs, good mechs.
just learn to play with the team and you will have a good game.
a short list i got 1000 dmg or more with:
Quickdraw 5K Marauder 3S/M/BH2
Dragon 1C Zeus 9S/6R
Victor 9S/B Battlemasters
Warhawk Prime Thunderbolts
Kodiak 3 Ebon Jags
Banshee 3E/M Timber Wolves
commando 2D Nova S (stock loadout ftw)
Adder Stalker 3F
Black knights Maulers
bla bla bla.....

would be nice if they could add basic drop down menus so you can see the highest damage you have done per mech but i guess that requires half a brain to do.
never used arty or airstrikes as i hate arty on world of tanks and do not intend to do damage in a cheap way.
guy above clearly doesnt understand the topic either. and goes on about some pointless rant about a topic posted in a section commonly filled with bollocks on any forum.

2xERPPC
The PPCs are decent enough at range, and when you're between 200-350m you can harass and cause damage with the LBXs. Anything 200m and closer? Alpha Strike that **** and you can 1hit side torsos and strip armor like a boss. Backstabbing? If you can manage to sneak a 90ton assault mech behind someone, they deserve what's about to happen.
Really great at scenarios where you can whittle armor from range with the PPC's and then stomp around punching cockpits into engines with the shotguns.

But I generaly pilot only clan mechs, so I am not well versed with IS mechs.
From my personal experience, Kodiak-3 regularly turns in 1k+ dmg games.
Mad-IIC is also reliable to return those damage numbers, some variant even higher.
But currently the Mad Cat MKII is proving an even better assault that performs reliably well.
But my highest recorded damage was in a HellBringer.
The HBR performs regularly good in solo pug matches as the ECM can make it almost invisible to the pugs naked eye xD
Ebon Jaguar are also a solid damage performer.
For mediums, my performance in them is rather erratic... But the Shadow Cat and Storm Crow can be very reliable mechs.
As for lights, clans don't have much option. And if you are after damage numbers, althoigh lights can produce those 1k dmg games don't expect them to perform like that regularly
This hellbringer you speak of... what sort of build is it?

what would you consider a mech with which you have simply the highest possible DMG done in solo queue ? (average dmg, or record dmg).
My favorite 'Mech is the MAD-IIC-D. With two Gauss, two ER-LL and a TC IV it has high damage potential, nice armor - and ECM. Guess my highest damage was 1.482, easily doing >1K damage.
But you dont need high damage 'Mechs. You need a 'Mech fitting to your play style with which you've fun so you can kill easily.
With some 'Mechs I only do 150 - 300 damage in a match but get 2-3 kills regularly; without waiting to steal a kill.

The highest numbers will be in KDK-3s though.

The highest damage is 1822 dmg in a MadCat MKII
Also there is also a Hunchback IIC with 1500 damage and an Awesome with 1548 dmg. So the intention is: Whatever you play, doesnt matter. If you are a bad pilot, you wont do much damage in a good mech. If you are a skilled pilot, you will also perform well even when playing in worse mechs.
