Quick question... does say a plus ten percent IS AC 20 quirk also count for the new version of the weapon??

I do not believe it counts for the jump between AC's and UAC's. Just checked for my Centurion that has a ballistics cooldown+AC/10 cooldown quirk, and the AC/10 has a faster recycle than the UAC/10, despite them having the same base recycle.

On the other hand, buffs like "PPC velocity" boost the velocity of the entire PPC family.

ISML quirks apply to the new tech (ISERML). Clan med laser quirks do not apply to the HML

Be nice if they could change the quirks to effect the entire line. As well as UAC quirks effecting RACs.
