Reading comprehension. I said I don't think you're good enough at the game to get first page in a new account with 200 matches. Anyone could do it with a handful of matches. 200 matches is another matter.

As someone with alts I would love to see stats that are really meaningless translated somehow.

Just as the stats should be separate from solo and group, stats should also show tier.

This isn't about epeen as so many keep crying about, it is absolutely about having accurate and relevant stats to make the information valuable.

People will always be people and there will always be folks who will use stats in this way or that.

Doesn't mean we should accept the mess we have or be without this information because some might abuse them.

Being a CW junkie too, I really wish we could have a Jarl's List for that leaderboard as well.

No one can get first page with a handfull of matches on jarls list. But agreed, you'd be paying me no question.

lol, not from what I can see. I was doing some hardware upgrades during the weekend. Everything had gone smoothly until this morning. I hate mondays :|

It's back up now on a different server till I find out what the problem is. It's not a website/database problem. Looks to be hardware related, probably RAID controller.

Season 20 has been updated with a more aggressive matches played multiplier

-(1.007^(-TotalGamesPlayed)-1) 

This will require about 500 games before you start reaching your full score values. Further tuning might be done later.

10 matches sounds about right, though. I used to get about 200/season when i was active. Im playing very infrequently anymore. Work, got a Nintendo Switch, and my Potatotop cant keep up with MWO anymore.

At 15FPS, all i can do is roll in my Anni and hope for the best. Days of Light-Fu are over. Maybe the 32-bit will help???

Plus, im more interested in HBS BT. Its around the corner.

Higher Match Score will increase your rank and hence your percentile. 3 best ways to increase your Match score is Damage, Kills, wins. Additionally there's a dozen or so things you can do in a match to increase your match score and they're almost all team work related. Spotting assist, kill assists, lance in formation, hit and run, protect light/medium, UAV spotting/assist, shooting down UAVs, Lock on damage assist, Shooting down missiles with AMS, Flanking shots (shooting a mech that's looking at a team mate and not you when you shoot him), strikes, NOT hitting your team mates with strikes, not team killing (not saying you do, calm down), surviving to the later stages of a match to get Saviour kills/assists and Kill most damage dealt and just dealing more damage because you're still alive.

I'm sorry I wasn't very clear in my post. What I meant to ask was this: It seems my scores are too high! My overall score is higher than any of the seasons that make up the score. How can that be?

For instance, the overall score for the Lars Laser account linked above is 92 % but I have never scored above 90 % in any of the seasons.

Maybe I am misunderstanding the statement, but your overall score is lower than multiple seasons you have had, not higher. Are you talking about percentile? Percentile for seasons is ranked among other players that played that season while as your overall percentile is ranked with all active players in the last three months (players who stop playing for three months are dropped out of the ranked pool).
