Is anyone else getting this? MWO portal keeps asking me to update, i click yes, i get the installer popup, then...nothing. When i start the portal again, it just askes me to update again, infinitely.

No such issue. Cause I am very satisfied with the Steam client.

Strange, mine updated yesterday no problems, I'm assuming in prep for incomming patches? Because I "saw" no difference visually ofc

Had that problem too ... my solution was to completely uninstall the Portal and reinstall from scratch, since even the Repair Tool would not work.
Sometimes files get corrupted ...
Another possible solution : check if your antivirus/firewall/security measure has blocked the download for the Portal, such things happen too.
