I dont really like the randomness either but for the sake of counter argument, getting all of those kills is going to take a fair amount of matches. Id be willing to bet that by the time the other challenges are done youd be a good way done with the metch type requirments.

Oh, but while your on twitter also remind him to get the heavy laser colors changed like he said he was trying to do!

That's the whole point. What you see as a problem, PGI sees as a solution. So i propose this Appogee: Ask people to instead tell Russ (or just post in the forum) why they dont like FP and what they think should be done. If you're going to try and make the experience less unpleasant, go for the long run.

Im NOT asking for better rewards either. The better they are, the more obsessed people get and the worse they become.

Last FP event i played all my matches were Siege beside two conquest, one assault and one incurrsion.

The requirements are kills and victories, so I'm not even going to bother, because how the frack am I going to get kills and victories while being seal-clubbed? It's hard enough in quickplay with a matchmaker.

If they want to lure victims into FP, this event is not a good way to do it because there are too many visible barriers between the victims and the loot.

Maybe they only want the good QP players to participate? I guess that would give better matches if it works out that way.

I'm yet to win a game as IS pilot. Half of the team struggle to break 700 damage with 4 mechs. I guess it's not just tech after all.

Tech plays into it for sure, but when you, generic 'you', only play QP and adopt all those bad habits and bring them to CW, you find out how bad those habits are in a team and group centered mode can be. Add in solo rambo mentality

Be happy you had pilots break 700. You have not yet reached full potatoness when you have over a lance unable to break 200.

Begin each drop with "Cowards and sandbaggers will be shot on sight!"

'DO NOT BIND CHALLENGE SUCCESS TO RANDOMLY GENERATED GAME MODES' should be point nr. 1 in the 'How to create a fun challenge' handbook.

Every time players (rightfully) complain about it, because some egotistical A******s disconnect at the start of a mode they've already qualified for. It's quite frustrating.

Would 'Win 10 (15?) FW matches' be a worse win condition?

So, here we are, as predicted...

One day left in the event, many of us still need wins in random Game Modes which never seem to be available.

The more you Tweet now, the more likely they will fix it. Maybe we can even avoid this predictable and preventable problem next time around.

Luckily i finished my missing Domination-mode succesfully. But im not able to do the 1 solo kill thingy with a light mech-.-

5% odds for a given match mode made this beyond my willingness to engage in.

Plus, of course it's faction play which is already often intolerable.

Light and medium solo kills can be get at scouting. Just find suitable new best friend and stick to him like an Alabama tick. Problem solved.
