[Lazy Traveller]

What I gathered from the chat and this Forum as an IS player:

Many people in the game chat (including me) are asking: "I played a FP scout match with more than 150 points and I see no progres"

You can be from any IS house to participate, just that Kurita and Smoke Jaguar do get an extra rewards (decals and cockpit items).

But you have to fight on the CORRECT PLANET. That is: one of the planets listed in the third event window.

As of now, there are no invaded planets that can give these bonuses.

The vote for the next invaded planet is in 4 hours from now.
The most voted one is Zvolen with around 40%. - It's not one of the event planets.
The next after that is PHILADELPHIA.

That is one of the event planets.

If you are from IS, please vote for it in the Faction warfare window.

Then, hopefully, we can have the fun that PGI originally intended.


Edit: Please correct me if I'm wrong. I only got this info by piecing together chat messages.

It seems silly that we should have to vote to fight on Luthien in the "Battle for Luthien" event. That's certainly not how it worked during "Battle for Tukayyid". Heck, Luthien isn't even an option right now in the voting screen.

I hope they setup a fixed list of planets or make all planets playable as well as extend the duration. If I could have played today I might had a chance to get the matches done. Now I have to hope the get everything in maybe half a day.

Can I suggest not fighting from range? IS strengths are in close-medium range with lower heat, so build to brawl or skirmish and use areas of the map that comliments this. Get close and force the Clan 'Mechs to run hot, you'll be amazed how many Clan 'Mechs either blow up from override or simpy can't fire without shutting down. Play smart and use their strength against them

I hope the event is running smoothly in the next few hours, I was looking forward to some hot'n'heavy FP action tonight.

Having a hard time checking the objectives progress... why it does not show ? Says its refreshes every minute !

If you have to fight on the CORRECT PLANET, then efforts from a lot of people myself included went to waste easy. When was this mentioned ? Sounds like complete BS.

This event is starting to bother me, its construction, difficulty to complete understand and most of all, the precarious state teams are formed giving one side an easy win and the other nearly just a waste of time and effort.

What a way to begin, it is just 3 days and some other time and the thing develops like this...

Seriously guys, no one there gives a toss that 3 hours into your broken and/or overly complicated event your playerbase is flipping out? Feel free to get it wrong, that happens - however leaving everyone wondering what's going on with no clarification 3 hours later is plain bad business sense. People will go and do something else with their weekend and curse your names to the high heavens. Why would you want that?

Very strange behaviour. Even more odd than your broken event - and that's saying something!

If we have to rely on the plants having been voted for PGI, then this is a failure of an event. It's only going on for a few days as it is, but now it's only certain times of the day where we'll get credit for the event? Did I get that right? I guess I have to adjust my schedule of work, life, family and everything else around being able to play the event at a certain time to be able to actually participate given we need specific plants to be able to get credit.

You would think someone would monitor the events the moment they go live to see its working properly? Monitor forums twitter etc and acknowledge the issue as soon as an issue is found?

The Theory to be part of the event you need to attack one of the 20 planets could be quite difficult for all to participate,

I just found out, from the 20 Planets for the Conflict are already 16 taken by CLAN.
DYFED, MERSAH MATRUH, IIJIMA and YUMESTA are only votable by clan factions.
