Yup, that's it. Notice on the Kitfox, Linebacker and Griff you can see the heads of the Great Dragons on the mechs legs. So yea basically each mech represents an element, which is embodied by a Great Dragon.

sorry to be a smartass here, but as you can see on the Victors legs, he's in forward motion. So the animation is i the right place, the mech has just moved on through it.

I understand how it works, I do not understand why PGI took this exact screenshot. This screenshot clearly demonstrates flaws of graphic engine, so it should not be used in marketing. Also, some post-processing would be nice too (optional), if they're making desktop wallpaper.
