Hmm... I'll be looking forward to that New Map, "Rubellite Oasis"... Glad to see there's fixes in the works for some stuff in the MechLab... Also happy to see that they're trying to avoid problems in the New Special Events Browser... Very good to see that they're cleaning up the CW/FW/FP and Grouping Interfaces... Oh, hey, what's this? :o

Let's see...

Rewards: Incursion and Escort Game Modes now provide Objective Victory Rewards.

Yeah, this is overdue! Maybe now people will think more about actually playing the Game Modes instead of Skirmishing? :D

And this...

MechWarrior Academy: MiniMap and BattleGrid now accurately reflect the distinct layout features of the Academy map, rather than simply using the River City map.

Oh, I'm most certainly going to verify this in-game. Particularly after having been the one to file the original Bug Report several months ago!!! This one's way beyond overdue, but I'm ecstatic to hear that this has finally happened. ^_^

Alright... Now... Where's that Download Link? <*checks the News Feed again*> Ah, there it is! Time to go Patch! B)

I so wish the MWO world could invade Italy next. This country needs Comstar to fix its internet so I can actually download something in less than an hour and a half.

Really good so far, patch wrecked my installation and is now "repairing" it by downloading absolutely everything . . . .

Further to this, the repair introduced a mismatch error and is fully reinstalling - again.

IS mechs have the same base armor values as their clan counterparts... eg. both the Rifleman and Mad Dog have a max armor of 402.

And yes, IS mechs do indeed need armor quirks to survive. They have less range, heavier weapons and less alpha potential, heavier engines and bulkier heat sinks. Heck even their armor is heavier.

yes base lol with structure and armor quirks which are not base states jack as and then you add all the ghost heat that clans have.... I.S. is strong as hell .... there is more but i dont need to fight about this to any I.S. pilot i have played both..

The bonus camo on the loyalty mechs seems to be one-shot only. If I switch off it, will I be able to get it back? It would be really disappointing if I can't.

The unique Loyalty Patterns that come equipped with the Loyalty 'Mechs are their default Patterns. This means if you purchase a new Pattern for one of your Loyalty 'Mechs, you can re-equip the unique Loyalty Pattern by selecting the 'Restore to Default' option in the Camo Spec screen.

Wow, the new map has nice geometry, maybe best of all MWO maps ever....but (kindly said...) looks really "retro".

Too bad that high-alpha-meta-gaming is still destroying the Mechcombat-feeling.

Best thing about this patch is the lack of nerfs, I'm proud of you PGI.

Who would want to not use these camo patterns!? They are absolutely gorgeous!

Alright!!! I'm verifying that issue as finally being FIXED! I've even left a Thanks to Dave Forsey at the bottom of my Bug Report thread, because I'm really thankful that this has been put right! Rock on, Academy-using Pilots! :D

Eh, seemed more like it had hints of Hawken to me. Frankly, I kind of like how it plays, as it definitely encourages Teamwork in order to succeed. Let's hope to see more of these large-feeling, dynamic-playing maps in the future? I think we're looking at a New Era of Good Maps in MWO!!! :)

Uhm... Why?!?!? You don't state reasons for needing one!

Sometimes, people have differing tastes, they want to use something different temporarily, or they don't like certain patterns on their Mechs. In example, I don't get along with the Phranken Default Pattern on the Steam Performance Pack Mechs, so I've painted that to not show and will be waiting for a chance to earn another Pattern from an Event to switch it out with. Some person said, "No one can account for the tastes of others.", right? B)

I came to post the fact that we still have no word of hotfix. Not that I know of anything requiring it, but it's kinda off, spooky even. MWO patch without a hotfix?

When was the last time we had that? Had to be many months ago.

Did either of you look at the Size indicated on the last Monthly Patch? It seems like PGI only has serious issues when they exceed about 700 MB of Patch Data.

Now if only they would fix some other issues with the User Interface that people have been tripping over...
