yeah i guess now that I looked at the full picture again. the originally picture with the thumb over it made it look like it was in the arm.

What's bugging me though is a coulda sworn I've seen a TRO mech similar to this one, but I can't put my figure on it.
I still think that this mech is a PGI original, but it could be that Alex based it off of a TRO mech, similar to how the Roughneck was semi-grounded in TRO mechs.
