If they really felt the need to nerf the CERLL it would've been better to hit the damage (11 --> 10) instead of making it hotter. Mechs that don't have the tonnage to boat DHS are gonna feel this, while the big robots won't (just like when the CERML went from 6 to 6.3 heat).

Speaking of which, they really don't notice that the CERML is still crazy despite the cooldown nerf?

yep CERML needs to get lowered to 6 damage

but that still wont fix laser vomit, need some med/large laser ghost heat linkage to fix that

This just blows. How much longer of crying OP clan? What's it going to take? Being able to shoot with superior range doesnt count for **** if by the time you can shoot again the enemies at your doorstep knocking at your door. Gah. this crap is crap crap and crap. Cool down on the CERRL was absolutely already where it should be for a 1.35 second burn time by default (WOO you can get it down to 1.18 or so with ST. I say WOOOOO) This is going to be a jolly month. Back to the garbage bin, after years of not really being worth a crap.

IS HMG gets buffed across the board. All Clan Machine guns get nerfed save the 20m boost to the HMG. This is funny. Weight, right? HMG weighs 1 ton vs CHMG .5? whatever. So just make them shoot extra ****** to balance them out. There it is!
Just make all Clan weapons extra ****** to shoot! Balance!!
Glad to see all the IS buffs. Really got fix that imbalance after all!

Just add cone of fire spread to all Clan weapons. Barf.

Just make all Clan weapons shoot rubber chickens.

Had to get in the Clan machinegun nerfs before the release of the Piranha next January to preemptively curtail the cries of 20 ton totem Mech is OP. Might expect additional tweaks on those weapons around the time the Piranha is available for C-bills as well.

Less whining maybe ? By Lore...both the clan and IS ER large lasers are still better in this game than in battletech. 12 heat for 8 damage IS and 12 heat for 10 damage for clan vs now 8 for 9 and 10.8 for 11. IS versions also shoot further in this game than in battletech by a good 100 meters (for optimal damage).

I seem to remember similar complaints last holiday/mechcon season and (to a lesser extent) the one before that. It's almost as if there is a pattern of when they are busy/taking time off...
