Yep that's pgi for you. I can't even change settings at all in the game without the game spaz-ing out into an unknown error dump to which only a full uninstall and reinstall is required to play the game using all of its default settings. It sucks balls. Even trying to by pass through steam produces the same problem.

Pgi really needs to grow some man hood and knuckle down paying a program hired full time to make it their only job to fix this crap. Just one more reason I won't spend a cent on mwo or mw5 any more. They refuse to fix known issues that have been known for almost years. It took them about two years just to remodel the Catapults to remove the vcrs from them.

No idea if it will help with your issue, but after running a Win 10 troubleshooting program I'm direct launching MWO.exe in Win 8 compatibility mode and no crashes since. YMMV, of course.

Can someone tell me the practical point of posting the error dump on the forums instead of sending it to PGI's technical support?

because if you read the dump there is no email to send it to. Aside from that I'm hoping it's added pressure to said tech support to get it fixed.

System stats? What parts are OC? Stress Test - memory test (Prime95) ? DX9 or 11. Have you switched to the other? Shut down other programs such as Rapt, etc?

But the MWO web site does have links to support. Why not just use that?

DX11 blows goats as far as MWO is concerned. Try dx9, will run better and much more likely to be stable

AMD APU A10-6700 with integrated graphics chip 8760D I believe. I rarely crash, maybe less than 10 times a year? This is also 6-7 years old as well.
