Damnit, now you made it cute. This is going to make it tougher to wait until it comes out for C-Bills.

Indeed. unless they do something spectacular with it, you should be able to start peeling apart it's side torsos even before it's pilot can draw line of sight to your mech. It's just that wide.

I look forward to Fafnir pilots trying to corner peek and wondering why their mech is getting shot up when they cannot see the enemy. Happens to Nightstars too, but they're nowhere near as bulky.

There's always that one guy that tries to add a serious overtone to a fun thread.

Did you take a look at 'mech's "mustache"? The owl also has it.

I'm certain that Alex put a horned owl pic on his desk while he was drawing the concept art of the 'mech lol.

So now I'm going to have to name my primary Fafnir after an owlbear companion one of my D&D characters had. Long live Cooter the Hooter!

[British narrator voice] "Here we see the mother Fafnir and her cubs foraging for a meal. The mother's sensors are always on high alert, as her young are as yet incapable of firing their Heavy Gauss Rifles."

On the subject of owls, when this thing is released, I wonder how many of them will have H T E R S as 5 of the 6 decals.
