Locust gets away with it because its tiny and can maneuver like a sports car and has tiny hitboxes...

well most LCTs dont get Torso Armor or Structure Quirks and they do alright,
i think its more that everyone is fishing for them today thats the problem,

Probably has a lot to do with everyone knowing it released today and is likely not fully skilled making for an easier kill.

It's never going to get good damage (cuz no guns), but it's utterly invincible vs streak boats (as that stupid stormcrow that tried chasing me found out)

Don't face tank, don't expose yourself, exploit blind spots... in other words Locust 101....

Keep in mind that the Pirhanas we're seeing also don't have maxed out radar derp, mobility, etc. Expect a 5-20% survivability boost (depending on map/etc.) based on that. If it's a little more fragile and slower than a Locust, that's fine considering it has 2-3x as much firepower.

Well, even unskilled, my Amsfish™ is utterly changing matches. I'm getting 300-600 ams missile kills per match, and those matches have been 12-0,12-1,12-2ish. I suspect if more fishpilots start running 4xAMS, the whole missile thing will go away

I feel like right now is an awful time to pass judgement on it. Teams are abnormally stacked with Lights, mostly played badly, so it's a face-rush of 20 ton munchies. You'd get the same result if these were Locusts instead of Piranhas.
