People are basically lazy and don't want to play something that involves.
Actually using the old noodle.
Which explains the sometimes astoundingly bad matches in QP.
And pug groups complaining about the slaughter in FW.

My thoughts exactly. People try to increase their multiplier and eventually enough vote in the same match that it wins and becomes the match mode.
Maybe the multiplier should go for modes?

^ he said it better than me, coz a brawl focus targets is more fun than , who has more fast mechs that can catch the tail of the other team 1st.

Yes Escort is badly executed but too many times I see players collectively being so tunnelled vision that they are not interested in defending or attacking the VIP mechy

That said the implementation of it in this game is garbage, i really like Mechcommander version of escort as well.
