I already threw money at PGI to get this when I saw the words 'Flea Preorder'. I've waited so very long for this mech... I don't get to play nearly as much as I'd like, but I must have my Fleas!

Because that's what a 20 tonner with a 120 engine does. Max engine rating though is 170, it'll be a fair bit faster.

The MASC values have been tuned since their initial release. MASC Mk I now provides a +20% speed boost. A Flea with its max engine and MASC will be able to run at 165.24 kph.
Actually with max speed tweak the MASC versions would go 177.6kph with max engine and MASC at 20%.
170/20 x 1.5 x 1.2 (MASC) x 1.075 (Tweak) x 10.8 = 177.633
That would make those variants the fastest mechs yet. Faster than even the commandos back when tweak was 10% (171.1)

it's actually going to be nasty just for that, because people'll ASSUME it's a slow light, and be surprised as hell when it books out of there at that speed, not to mention turning on a dime thanks to MASC's buff to handling. a well-piloted Flea would be a giant pain in the *** to hit, between that sprint, and its sheer agility.

Seven lasers is just too generic to be the flagship variant that buyers will want to play the most
