Jarl's doesn't have info prior to the QP leaderboard coming into existence 21 months ago and itt also doesn't count FP games in its results. Champion ramble ramble has only season 20 results listed for example, nothing for seasons 1-19. I don't do a lot of FP on either of the accounts I use yet there's an over 500 game difference between my actual total in my alt's stats, and what jarl's says i've played even if I include what I've done so far this month into its #s. Between those accounts, I'm in excess of 20k in only 27 months. So 45-50k for an account that's been here since closed beta seems reasonable to me. Jarl's says this account has 10,484 yet the stats tracked by PGI since i created the account put me at 15,444.
