All the Jarls list is doing is taking the work out of what many good players were already doing;
Mining the data that is already available and turning it into a spreadsheet/graph.
The other thing no one is considering here is the TOS. I don't think they are, but if stats are "content" that you have created then you are granting the developer a license to use them how they please.
But heres the most important thing to remember;
If the developer begins allowing people to hide their stats, those with hidden stats will automatically be bad at the game and unable to prove otherwise. Same boat, different part of the sea. (Thats two community related puns)
