Trust me bro , you came out ahead , taking advantage of sales and paying a few bucks every month till it reached 240 and you getting 3 free mechs .

Loyalty mechs are meant for tickling Scrooge players into considering diverting a few bucks into an awesome game . Max reward for minimum cash but there is a cut off line at 2 mechpacks and MC .
This is pretty much how i started . Last year this time I had yet to cough up any real cash , I saw a nice brown Urban mech and green Kitfox reward the low low price of a tiny bit of bought MC and a mech pack . No Regrets.

It says added next week and this is next week so not sure if to mail customer support.

Aramuside, just chill. A week consists of more than mondays. By the time you checked, they were merely getting startet with their workday over in Vancouver. If it's not in the list as of Sept 30, you can contact support and there will still be almost a month and a half left for them to sort it out.

Yes and the October Clan mech pre-release will count towards the clan rewards, so if you want the Night Gyr and/or Marauder IIC but haven't filled the requirements you still have a pre-release coming next month that might help you get a mech pack you want with a rewards mech as a bonus.

ROFL, they are showing us what we have but as every year, it is not totally clear what is exactly needed compared to what we have.

Although they are clearer than last year for instance. Honestly, the GRAND prize is colors or patterns etc which I could care less about.

Correct, we can't filter the purchases list to see what we bought since last loyalty program - and with the number of different mech packs that can qualify, it's PITA to figure out what you need unless you were deliberately keeping track since last year.

I might be wrong (I normally am) but I thought last year or maybe the year before PGI did tell you what you needed.

Or maybe I found this info asking "support" the question.

But it is more complex now. There are so many more Heroes and it seems like they are asking for a lot more this year.

What exactly is your question? Both Mechs will be released In December. They are already on the list for the rewards.

Do the hatamoto or charger ultimate packs count towards the top tear collector option or it actually has to be the lower collector pack and not ultimate?
