the pirhana is a strong mech and would not need the quirks either....but has quirks....

Taking a look at the PIR's quirks, I see some minuscule structure quirks and a heat dissipation quirk. The heat dissipation quirk is there to offset the disadvantage those chassis' are at, that can't mount an engine large enough to house at least ten heatsinks (250's and up). As it is right now, only those ten heatsinks (double heatsinks, that is) count as true double heatsinks.
So, in fact, the PIR is mostly unquirked.
