Never been excited for the iiC, not even in the days of yore:

>Take a classic IS mech,
>Rebuild it using (superior) Clan Tech
>Add 10 tons (cause tollolo)

VOILA, a power creeped version of a classic IS design all the power gamers go nuts for!

Especially when you have two identical 7E variants and 3 energy/missile hybrids. PGI are shooting themselves in the foot with such a bad deal they're offering.

The Warhammer IIC is an absolute beast on tabletop. With plenty of heat capacity it's hard not to beat someone up with it really hard. The fact that it comes with a standard engine like the Marauder IIC makes it pretty tough.

I am somewhat disappointed. While i am happy to see this finally added to the game, but for some reason it looks like a shrunk kodiak... the chest, the head, the feet... to me everything about it does not scream warhammer llc.

It is not enough, never mind the effect it will have on IS Omni mechs, if/when they are introduced. And quirks are giveth and taketh away in a heartbeat.
