Why cancel a pre-order just on looks? This mech is going to perform admirably should the geometry work right, which I think it will. We just GOT a mech with a 'wing span', the Champion, if you need a flappy-happy- jumpjetting mech, go grab one.

Very, very good-looking mech, especially that head. Even better, from the body shots it looks like it could have assassin-caliber hitboxes. If so the only thing keeping this mech from completely dominating it's weight class will be the hardpoints.

Very hopeful now this will be the first mechpack I've bought that didn't disappoint!

LMAO just a friendly tip, next time look at icon just under the name of the person your attempt at condescending towards.
I've always pre-ordered my mech packs because early adopter rewards, so my icon changes monthly.
Currently that icon just under my name is the 2nd icon for the rarely seen Champion 'Mech.


So if I decide that a mech looks like complete garbage and for the first time in years I ask PGI for a refund then that means there's been a much bigger lack of quality control by PGI then usual, and for me thats a good enough reason.

Irregardless it should have wings as per precedent of previous Canonical Artwork and Lore which states:

Maybe its the sleep deprivation but Im not seeing how he was BSing or insulting - little bit condescending perhaps but, thats about as far as I would go.

If that orange colored bit between the portholes is glass, I could see it having quite a bit of visibility. If not, it's gonna be like fighting inside a paper tube.

Given the ideas posted earlier in this thread, I don't see the hardpoints being a hindrance.

Alfar is a extinct mech - though thats not to say they cant 'resurrect' it for MWO, but they would have to make up more configs for it sense they still sell us mechs in chunks of a least 3 variants and a hero. Kheper uses THREE weapon systems that arnt in MWO - so unless they shoehorn current tech in or release new tech thats very unlikely. Better off hoping for a Grim Reaper, Dervish or slightly lighter but very old school Chameleon.
